The Light Offering for time of war prayer was written by Atisa Dipamkara the great Buddhist master. Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche asked to chant this prayer during the war in Israel and Gaza, in Odiyan Copper Mountain mandala in California and the Nyingma centres.
